Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Writer located in Weatherford, TX. The Service Writer will be responsible for communicating with customers, documenting service needs, scheduling maintenance and repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include handling phone calls from clients, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining detailed service records, and using computer systems to track and manage service orders. The role requires a strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent Phone Etiquette and Customer Service skills, with a focus on Customer Satisfaction
• Proficiency in Computer Literacy and strong Communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Experience in the machinery industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or related field preferred
