The role :

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Regulatory Affairs you will have responsibility for managing the daily operations of regulatory department. This will include product notifications / registrations, extended producer responsibility as well as special projects such as EU / UK REACH compliance and mandatory regulatory surveys / reporting. You will also oversee adverse reaction investigation, monitor / research and execution of regulatory updates.

The Regulatory Affairs Manager will manage one direct report.

What you will do :

• Oversee the daily operation of regulation department (including the direct report)
• Oversee the integrity of Regulatory Platform
• Regulatory Projects (EU / UK REACH, Mandatory surveys / reporting)
• Product Registration and Notifications
• Adverse Reaction Investigation
• Regulatory Support for internal & external teams such as product claim substantiation, In-depth regulatory review (raw ingredients & final formulas), product artwork review
