Join a forward-thinking rehab provider as a Center Manager. We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) who can balance patient care with operational leadership. Competitive salary range ($95,000 – $105,000)

Key Responsibilities :

Leadership & Clinical Excellence :

Maintain a full caseload while leading your clinic team

Ensure high-quality care and positive patient outcomes

Mentor and support therapists and rehab aides

Business Operations & Team Management :

Oversee clinic scheduling, budgeting, hiring, and training

Interpret and act on clinic performance and financial data

Coordinate with regional leadership on operational goals

Growth & Outreach :

Build and sustain relationships with referring physicians and community partners

Participate in sales and marketing initiatives to grow referrals

Represent the center in community engagement opportunities

Compliance & Quality Assurance :

Ensure regulatory compliance with Medicare and state practice acts

Execute quality audits and staff meetings with a focus on improvement

Uphold OSHA standards and safety practices

Qualifications :

Graduate of an accredited PT or OT program

Licensed in New Mexico (or eligible)

CPR certification required

2+ years of clinical experience; prior leadership preferred

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
