Restoration Technician

As a Restoration Technician, you'll perform hands-on work to restore properties and customer belongings from all types of property damage, directly impacting the recovery process. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding role where your skills make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities :
Perform hands-on restoration work for all types of property damage, including water, fire, smoke, and other damages.Extract water, perform demolition, cleanup, and pack-out of damaged contents.Respond to water, fire, smoke, and other property damage emergencies in homes and businesses.Handle fire / smoke damage remediation, including cleaning, packing, moving, and disposal of non-salvageable items.Set up, monitor, and document drying and restoration equipment for water or other damage mitigation.Clean, launder, and restore customer belongings in a fully equipped facility.Accurately document all work in company software (photos, notes, forms).Communicate effectively with supervisors, teammates, and clients throughout all types of restoration projects.Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE; provide field feedback if procedures are not followed.Participate in rotating on-call schedule, weekend, and overtime shifts as needed.Complete tasks according to company processes, maintaining quality control and attention to detail across all restoration work.Who You Are Ideal Candidate :

Must pass a background check back to age 18 and a pre-employment drug screening.Must have a valid Oregon Driver's License with a clean driving record for the past 3 years.Ability to lift / carry / push / pull up to 5070 lbs frequently.Ability to stand, walk, squat, crawl, climb ladders, and work in various indoor / outdoor environments for extended periods.What You'll Learn Development Opportunities :
