Primary Responsibilities :
- Take the lead on all technical aspects of HV substation design and engineering projects, ensuring you apply and maintain state-of-the-art engineering practices.
- Address complex technical challenges with specialized knowledge to propose effective solutions, focusing on various engineering disciplines such as electrical, civil, and protection & control.
- Guide project teams in the execution of major HV substation projects, developing comprehensive studies and documentation while fostering communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Engage in industry societies and committees to stay ahead of the curve in new technologies and best practices.
- Monitor project management plans to ensure successful delivery of results.
- Serve as an expert witness, offering valuable insights to committees and regulatory bodies.
- Work on-site a minimum of three days per week, with one required day at the Atlantic Regional Office or the New Castle Regional Office.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a minimum of seven years of relevant experience.Ability to analyze complex electrical and mechanical systems effectively.Deep understanding of engineering designs, principles, codes, and regulations.Advanced knowledge of current technologies in the industry.Preferred Qualifications :
A minimum of five years of experience specifically related to HV substations.Experience in electrical, civil, or protection & control engineering.Demonstrated ability to lead teams successfully.Master's degree or Professional Engineer license is highly desirable.Proficiency with engineering analysis and design software such as CYMDIST, PSS / E, Python, PSCAD, MATLAB, or AutoCad.Benefits :
