Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our reputable legal firm in Austin.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This role provides a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where each day brings new challenges and opportunities to make a significant impact on our clients' experience.

Responsibilities :

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for our clients, addressing their queries and concerns with utmost professionalism and efficiency.
  • Providing valuable information to clients regarding our services, procedures, and legal processes.
  • Collaborating with legal teams to ensure client needs are met and assisting in the development of legal strategies.
  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate client records, including transactions, conversations, complaints, and correspondence.
  • Ensuring strict confidentiality and compliance with all legal and company regulations.
  • Building sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication.
  • Qualifications :

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a client service role, preferably within the legal, banking, real estate, or similar elevated industry space.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven track record of managing and resolving client complaints.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using computer software and systems, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • High degree of professionalism, with a client-centric approach to tasks.
