Danny Herman Trucking is a 400 truck fleet running the Southeast, Southwest & Midwest areas

PAY : Based on Years of Verifiable Experience (Split)

3 Months - $0.60 CPM

6 Months - $0.61 CPM

1 Year - $0.62 CPM

18 Months - $0.63 CPM

2 years - $0.64 CPM

Monthly + Quarterly Mileage Bonuses

Solo Pay : $63,480 to $80,100

Teams : $145,080 to $182,400

Trainers : $84,960 to $99,100

Driver Performance Incentive Package

TIME OFF FOR DAYS OUT & LONG MILES

½ days off will be earned for each 7 days under dispatch. Drivers are to call their Fleet Manager by 10 AM on the day prior to the day they are scheduled to report back to work to learn about the next day's dispatch and actually be ready "On Time" to go out.

VACATION POLICY (Pay based on mileage ran during the previous 52 weeks)

After completing 1 full year of employment = 40 hours off

After completing 3 full years of employment = 80 hours off

After completing 5 full years of employment = 120 hours off

After completing 10 full years of employment = 160 hours off

REQUIREMENTS

Must be 21 years of age

Driver trainee must be school graduate with 85 or above Road Test Score and GPA, and successfully a complete road-driving test with DHT

Must have a Class A CDL

No reckless or careless driving convictions within the last 3 years.

Must have no DUI or DWI convictions in the past 5 years – never in a commercial vehicle

Felony convictions to be determined by a Review Board on an individual basis in accordance with FCRA rules and regulations

Must satisfactorily complete DHT pre-employment processing (written test, road test, physical examination, substance and alcohol screen)

Must be able to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquires and to make entries on reports and records according to DOT 39.11(b)(2)
