Install, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems and components Diagnose and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment Perform routine preventative maintenance Read blueprints and technical diagrams Ensure compliance with safety standards and local codes Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance Communicate with clients to explain issues and provide recommendations Solid understanding of HVAC systems and tools. Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in reading schematics and manuals Excellent communication skills with both customers and team members, and a commitment to maintaining professional conduct. Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor conditions, including heat, cold, and humidity. Proficiency in using hand-held electronic devices for documenting service and repair work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team HVAC certification or diploma from a technical school (EPA Universal Certification) 2-5+ years of experience in HVAC installation or repair $20.00 - $35.00 per hour based on experience LARGE SIGNING BONUS Medical insurance Company vehicle Dental insurance Paid vacation time Paid holidays 401k with employer match Profit sharing 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off
