Overview

Senior Community Care Michigan (PACE) is part of Volunteers of America National Services, the Housing and Healthcare affiliate of the Volunteers of America parent organization. Position : Social Worker Supervisor (LMSW Required) at the SCCMI PACE clinic. Pay : $77,400-$88,500. Location : Lansing, MI.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of social workers, behavioral health specialists, chaplain and social work case managers.
• Apply advanced social work knowledge and skills in participant screening, case management, counseling and referrals under the supervision of the Center Director.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to develop plans of care and ensure comprehensive services for program participants.
