Our sales appointment schedulers / BDC reps are the initial contact for Internet sales leads. The main objective is to assist guests with product information questions and set them up with an appointment to meet with a sales professional.

Answer customer calls and establish follow-up with sales appointmentsRespond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templatesContinuous follow-up with interested leads for 90 days, as well as following up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-showsProvide customers with product information and direct them to appropriate dealership resourcesParticipate in team and process development sessions- keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership managementUtilize the CRM tracking system dailyWalking the lot to stay up to date on inventoryAssisting with getting vehicles fueled up and over to our detail departmentsQualifications :
Prior customer service experienceExcellent teamwork skillsPositive and hardworking demeanorStrong computer skills with the ability to use computer softwareEagerness to improve and collaborative attitudeTime management skillsStrong listening skills with the ability to build rapport with othersOrganizational skillsPrior automotive and e-leads experience (preferred)Valid Driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle recordHigh school diploma or equivalentWhy Automotive :
