Schedule : ASAP start, Mon-Fri, 8-hour SP shifts; 4-5-day flexibility

Job Setting : Outpatient memory / cognitive neurology clinics (Sutter Sacramento or Roseville)

Types of Cases : Alzheimer's disease, dementia, cognitive impairment, memory evaluations only

Credentialing : 30-60 days; temporary privileges may apply

Minimum Requirements for Consideration

Board Certified / Board Eligible : BC Only - Neurology with Memory / Cognitive / Behavioral subspecialty

Licensure : Active CA medical license & DEA
