Position Summary
The Division of Nephrology, Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School seeks to employ an open rank General Nephrologist. This position offers the opportunity for the potential faculty member to join a team of nephrologists providing clinical services at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital (RWJUH) and at the academic practices of the medical school. As a General Nephrologist, the candidate will be responsible for rounding on the inpatient service as well as participating in an outpatient practice.

The affiliation of Rutgers Health and RWJ / Barnabas Health, the largest health system in NJ, presents exciting opportunities for growth and expansion of the nephrology program. The integrated health system (RWJBarnabas) is a $5 billion enterprise and cares for about 40% of all NJ residents.
Responsibilities
Provide clinical care : rounding on the inpatient nephrology service and participating in the outpatient nephrology practice. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality care to patients at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital and affiliated academic practices.
