Position Description

Assists Journeyman with constructing, erecting, installing and repairing structures and fixtures of wooden structures, such as concrete forms, scaffolds, tunnel and sewer supports, and temporary frame shelters, according to sketches, blueprints, or oral instructions. These duties are to be performed in a safe and timely manner with the highest quality possible.

Job Responsibilities

• Brings tools, drop cords and supplies to work area.
• Sets up work benches and saw horses.
• Tapes off work area.
• Performs housekeeping and keeps area clean.
