Key Responsibilities :

• Utilize working knowledge and skills gained through training and experience to support HR hiring activities effectively.
• Identify problems and relevant issues in straightforward situations, assessing each using standard procedures to make informed decisions.
• Operate within established procedures while receiving a moderate degree of supervision, ensuring compliance with HR guidelines.
• Understand the relationship between assigned duties and the roles of other team members, fostering collaboration within the team and with related teams.
• Manage individual workload effectively, ensuring timely completion of routine activities without supervisory responsibilities.
• Recognize and resolve typical problems within the work area independently, selecting solutions from established options without requiring supervisory approval.
• Contribute to the team's success by providing high-quality services and information, adhering to standardized procedures with regular supervision and guidance.
• Use effective communication skills to exchange straightforward information with team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications :

Hourly Rate : $19-$24 / hour
