Physiatrist / PM&R Locums Opportunity in Chicago!

Location : Chicago, IL

Start Date : Upon credentialing, 60-90 days

Contract Duration : 6 Months

Schedule : Monday Friday 8a-5p

About the Role

A Chicago Hospital is seeking a Board-Certified Physiatrist to join their team. This is a locums position with a dynamic mix of inpatient consults, outpatient care, and specialized procedures.

Position Details

Specialty : Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)

Required Experience :

1+ year of prior PM&R experience

Experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center

Certifications : Board Certified

Licensure : Must hold an active IL license

EMR System : Cerner

Scope of Services

Consult Rounding : patients / week shared between 3 Providers

Weekend On-Call : Occasional, with 72-hour response window

Administrative Duties : 1 day / week

Outpatient Clinic : 1 day / week

Procedures Required :

Ultrasound-guided injections

Inpatient care of amputees

Neurorehabilitation

Spinal conditions

Brain injury & poly-trauma
