Job Requirements & Qualifications
- A medical degree
- Successful completion of an ophthalmology internship / residency
- Valid MA medical license
- Our ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional diagnostic abilities, unwavering compassion in their care, and a desire for excellence every day!
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology

Opportunity : We’re extremely flexible and willing to accommodate the needs of the right candidate! We’re offering full-time hours with an opportunity for partnership or Part-time through next June 30, then full-time. Our MD sees 30 - 40 patients on a full day in the clinic.
Location : Springfield is centrally located between Boston and NYC and has fantastic surrounding suburbs to raise a family! The famous Five College Consortium rests in the Connecticut River Pioneer Valley of Western Massachusetts, north of Springfield and it’s just over an hour to the ocean or the mountains! Likewise, our office is centrally located on Main Street with ease of access to major interstate roadways.
Compensation And Benefits
We reward our doctors with a negotiable salary in accordance with experience and industry standards. Our benefits package includes medical insurance, 401k, Disability, CME coverage, malpractice insurance, and licensing!
