We provide a comprehensive range of currency services and products, including our Currency Converter, Market Analysis, Currency Data API and quick, easy, secure Money Transfers for individuals and businesses. We leverage technology to deliver these services through our website, mobile app and by phone. Last year, we helped over 300 million people access information about the currencies that matter to them, and over 225,000 people used us to send money overseas.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Xe.com corporate sales team is looking to expand its desk with an ambitious, confident, and tenacious individual. As the first point of contact with prospective clients, you will build long-lasting relationships that will enable us to exceed sales targets.

  • You will be the lead cold caller. Helping support both outbound and inbound channels with a hyper-focus on moving leads through the sales funnel.
  • You will self-source leads and supply insightful information to deliver a new perspective on how to grow their corporate business globally.
  • Drive the conversations and engage our clients to secure leads, understand their needs, and connect their needs to the value of our product.
  • You will provide insightful information and deliver a new perspective on how to grow their corporate business globally thorugh Xe products.
  • You will make 70-80 calls daily and schedule at least five meetings per week.
  • You'll be accountable for the reach rate and the number of qualified opportunities generated, and you'll squash your goals by achieving your weekly quota for booked meetings to qualify sales leads.
  • QUALIFICATIONS

  • You must be bilingual, fluent in Korean and English.
  • Outbound sales experience is desirable.
  • Must have cold-calling and prospecting experience.
  • Coachable, a willingness to learn, and commitment to excellence.
  • You are an ambitious, goal-oriented individual who wants to earn a substantial income.
  • You need to have a strong level of resilience to dust yourself off quickly when you receive rejection. A strong will and grit are essential for success in this role.
  • Superior communication, relationship building, and collaborative capabilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com is a huge plus.
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule in a team environment and have fun.

  • Xe offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The reasonable estimated pay for this role (Salary Exempt or Non-exempt hourly rate) ranges from $60,000 to $90,000 USD. Actual compensation is based upon factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, Xe offers comprehensive and inclusive employee benefits for this role including healthcare, dental and vision benefits, a 401(K) plan, Paid Vacation / Sick Leave and more.
