Required Qualifications :
- Experience in incident resolution, report development, testing, enhancements, and upgrades (5+ years).
- Experience with PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) modules.
- Experience with testing procedures and processes.
- Experience with testing in agile design, build, and test mode.
- Experience with integration test performance and data analysis.
- Experience with payroll applications within the public sector.
- Experience with process documentation including current procedures review, functional requirements, project plans, meeting minutes, defect documentation, system changes, system diagrams, status updates, and presentations.
Preferred Qualifications :
Relevant experience with PeopleSoft HCM beyond core testing functions.Key Responsibilities :
Follow Department IT processes and coordinate with Department IT staff to ensure compliance with standards.Define customer needs and objectives by working closely with IT groups and end-users.Ensure documentation and processes such as procedure reviews, functional requirements, project plans, meeting minutes, defect logs, system changes, diagrams, status updates, and presentations are maintained.Develop standards, procedures, and supporting documentation.Recommend short- and long-range plans for hardware and production system development and enhancement.Maintain audit compliance for central data systems, user accounts, backup / disaster recovery, and data center security.Create and follow change management procedures for all network changes.
