Key Responsibilities :

• As a Program Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for managing the overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes.
• This includes defining project scope, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and communicating across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues, and outcomes.
• You are expected to be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, possess influencing and advisory skills, and be responsible for team decisions.
• You will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems that apply across various teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Program Project Management is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Financial Services is recommended.
• Advanced proficiency in Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) is suggested.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Facilitate regular project meetings to track progress and address any challenges that arise.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Implement best practices in project management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages team members to share ideas and solutions.
