Competitive Compensation : Starting at $28.50 per hour with shift differential\npay increase at $1.50 per hour.
Shift : 3rd Shift, Monday-Friday, 10 : 00 PM - 6 : 30 AM

We are looking for passionate talent to join our team. This\nrole will be based at our Casa Grande facility once it is open. The role\nwill work fully onsite.

Crafting Excellence : Your Responsibilities
As a\nTeam Leader (Molding) for Kohler Co., you will be an ambassador of the Kohler\nbrand and the Vikrell product line. In this role, you will be responsible\nfor training all new Molding Operator associates on the essential functions of\nthe role. You will function as a role model in safely, responsibly, and\nefficiently performing the role, the quality inspection, lifting, packaging,\nand stacking of Vikrell products, such as bathtubs, shower wall sets, and\nshower floor pieces. You will autonomously assign and perform\nhousekeeping & 5S work throughout every shift and direct your team members\nto do the same. You will work 8-hour shifts for 5 days and work will\ninclude sitting, standing, bending, twisting, and lifting. You will\nbe an ideal candidate if you have a natural work ethic, sense of urgency and\nenjoy training and creating a highly functioning team.
Additional Job Duties :
Properly, effectively, and\n enthusiastically train new Molding Operator associates on all essential\n functions of the SMC Operator role.Constantly and consistently coach\n and mentor less tenured Molding OperatorsConduct daily placement and\n direction of associates in the work areaEnsure the automated\n cut-and-stack robot is properly and accurately removing Sheet MoldingCompound (SMC) from the storage container box and stacking on the\n appropriate section of equipment.Ensure that robot removes molded\n SMC parts from the press within set time parametersResponsible for and on-call to\n assist anytime the press or automation stops cyclingResponsible for correctly and\n efficiently setting up and maintaining bander / clip machines equipment.Ensure the correct Bill of\n Materials (BoM) and labels match the production orderMaintain the cleanliness of the\n area mold cavity, keeping it free of all foreign material and residue and\n ensuring that the press does not close on a foreign object.Conduct “deflashing”, as needed,\n of molded parts and position those parts for transportation to next\n operation.Inspect molded parts, mark\n defects, record defect types on record sheet, and place required\n identification on parts.Carry defective parts (scrap) to\n the rework area and document, as requiredComplete required records and\n reports including, but not limited to, keeping an accurate production\n record on the quality of each molded part taken from the press.Ensure that all personnel are\n clear of the press before activating itMaintain assigned hand tools such\n as drills, sanders, files, etc.Assist in packaging and assembly\n of molded partsAssemble cartons and their\n components (Styrofoam, plastic caps, banders, etc.)Assist in ordering all necessary\n direct material supplies from the warehouseStrive to attain and maintain\n established standards of productivity, quality, safety, and good\n housekeeping in your assigned area on every shift.Operate materials handling\n equipment according to plant safety rules and regulationsExercise informal corrective\n discipline in a positive and coaching manner, as neededWork in a safe and orderly manner\n and practice good 5S and housekeeping at all timesRelieve team members for lunch,\n personal periods, and absenteeismPerform other related duties\n consistent with the nature of the job, as directed by the Supervisor or\n Management.Complete and maintain training on\n all applicable SOPs, LOPs, policies and procedures.Skills / Requirements

Basic Qualifications
Must\n be at least 18 years oldPrevious\n experience as a Team Leader, Trainer, or Supervisor with a strong work\n ethic and overall positive demeanorAbility\n to work 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts while sitting, standing, bending,\n twisting, and liftingThe\n flexibility to change shifts as the plant moves into future phases of\n production and operabilityA\n positive, adaptable, hard-working, and patient mindsetA\n willingness to help with activities that may be outside of your job scopePreferred Qualifications :
