A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition team and enhance the candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-class experiences to candidates and internal hiring leaders
Manage pre-hire processes, including new hire paperwork and background checks
Coordinate candidate interviews and collaborate with various teams for onboarding support
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
1-2 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition or relevant administrative roles
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and Google Suite
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism under pressure
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for employment branding preferred
