Schedule : Mon-Fri 8am-5pm + OT & Weekends as needed

Pay : $20 / hr-$24 / hr DOE

Job Summary : Build relationships & trust with customers, providing customer service and support by responding in a timely manner with an appropriate solution or alternative. Excellent communication & active listening skills to reassure the customer that the team cares & is committed to resolving their situation quickly.

Qualifications :

• Must be able to pass E-Verify
• 1 year of claims experience
• Excellent phone etiquette & customer services experience
• Ability to multitask & prioritize
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word / Excel)
• Knowledge of CRM systems & practices
