Service Leader (Full and Part-Time)

As a Service Leader you will : Help to resolve customer incidents and working to ensure positive customer experiences; Develop and cross train all front of house Crew; Help to monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules; Ensure the proper quantity of supplies are available as needed; Assist with miscellaneous office administration duties such as : banking, cash handling policies and responsibilities, and office paperwork.
