About The Role

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing data-driven digital strategies that improve brand visibility, optimize paid media performance, and nurture leads throughout the customer journey. This role is central to formalizing CRM-driven campaigns, implementing lead scoring frameworks, and leveraging market intelligence to support growth goals. The ideal candidate is analytical, agile, and adept at orchestrating multi-channel digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement CRM-based lead nurturing programs with automated workflows in HubSpot.
• Establish lead scoring models and content mapping to effectively engage and qualify prospects.
• Manage and optimize paid digital advertising, including an expanded Google Ads strategy ($80K+/year).
• Conduct SEO audits and execute ongoing improvements to increase search visibility and traffic.
• Create digital outreach strategies that enhance cold outreach effectiveness and improve engagement.
• Build and manage dashboards and reporting tools to track digital campaign performance and inform strategic decisions.
• Collect, analyze, and distribute market intelligence insights to the marketing and sales teams.
• Support internal communication goals through consistent digital messaging frameworks.

Must Haves

• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on CRM, email marketing, and lead generation.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, and SEO/SEM strategy.
• Experience with marketing automation, lead scoring, and performance reporting.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with B2B marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), and cold outreach campaigns.
