Curriculum Developer (Contract)

Kansas City Metro

Ongoing Contract | 40 hours / week

We are seeking an experienced Curriculum Developer to support assessment and content development initiatives within a structured, process-driven environment. This is a fully remote contract opportunity for professionals located in the Kansas City metro area.

This role is ideal for someone who has previously worked in contract-based assignments and thrives in deadline-driven, collaborative teams. Strong attention to detail, comfort working in databases, and the ability to manage large volumes of content are critical to success.

What You’ll Do :

• Develop and maintain assessment and curriculum materials aligned to defined specifications
• Lead structured review meetings with subject matter experts and document feedback accurately
• Build, test, and finalize assessments within internal systems
• Edit and proof content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to standards
• Coordinate cross-functionally with content experts, psychometrics, IT, and project teams
• Track documentation and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
