Unarmed Security Officer - Retail Site

What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as needed.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.Observe and report any security-related incidents or suspicious behavior to the appropriate personnel.Work collaboratively with store staff and visitors to support a positive environment within the location.Assist in controlling access points and monitor entry and exit of individuals as required by site policies.What We're Looking For :
