Job Overview :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. The Marketing Assistant will play a key role in supporting day-to-day marketing activities, helping to implement strategies, and ensuring the smooth execution of campaigns and projects. This position requires strong communication skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to help identify new opportunities.
- Manage and update company website and social media platforms, ensuring content is relevant and up-to-date.
- Assist with the creation of marketing presentations, reports, and promotional materials.
- Help manage the scheduling and logistics for marketing events, trade shows, and webinars.
- Maintain and organize marketing assets (photos, videos, presentations, etc.) in an efficient manner.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, helping to adjust strategies as needed.
- Support the marketing team with administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and data entry.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns, including managing lists and tracking responses.
- Collaborate with external vendors, designers, and agencies to execute marketing initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.Familiarity with marketing software / tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, etc.) is a plus.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work well in a team and independently.High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
