Job descriptionCoordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various areas in the organization. Review area profit / loss and data. Utilize financial data to improve profitability. Prepare and control operational budgets. Control inventory. Plan effective strategies for the financial wellbeing of assigned territories. Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures. Plan the use of human resources. Organize recruitment and placement of required staff. Establish organizational structures. Delegate tasks and accountabilities. Establish work schedules. Supervise staff. Monitor and evaluate performance. Coordinate and monitor the work of various departments involved in production, warehousing, pricing and distribution of goods. Monitor performance and implement improvements. Ensure quality of products. Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity. Manage maintenance of equipment and machinery. Provide technical support where necessary. Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of support services such as IT, HR, Accounts and Finance. Facilitate coordination and communication between support functions. Manage customer support. Plan and support sales and marketing activities. Liaison with top management. Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity. Implement and manage operational plans. In addition to the previous mentioned Roles and Responsibilities, employees must comply with their direct supervisor's request(s) to participate in special projects or complete tasks that fall outside the scope of this job description. High School diploma required Completion of college coursework or related experience required Previous automotive manufacturing experience (5 yrs.) Previous management / supervision experience required Management and scheduling of multi-shift operations required Knowledge of Safe Launch (GP-12) operations and procedures High attention to detail and organization Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Must be willing to work flexible schedule (off-shifts and weekends as needed) Must be willing to be subjected to background test and drug screen

Pay Rate : $20.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on proven work history)

The Territory manager is responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of departmental and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies.
