This newly created position sits at the heart of our value-creation engine. Reporting to the VP of Strategic Initiatives, you'll scout, size, and launch high-impact programs that shape how we scale—working shoulder-to-shoulder with clinicians, operators, and the C-suite. Expect broad visibility, complex challenges, and the runway to make a lasting mark on a national healthcare leader.

What you'll own

• Opportunity hunting & business cases – Surface, prioritize, and quantify initiatives across growth, pricing, technology, and patient experience.
• Execution leadership – Build rollout plans for our multi-state network, track KPIs, and refine playbooks to maximize impact.
• Process design – Architect scalable processes that unlock the next wave of expansion.
• Enterprise strategy – Support long-range planning, board materials, and Medical Advisory Board engagements.
• Trusted advisor – Partner with senior leaders as a go-to problem solver and thought partner.
