Job Description

  • Responsible for developing and optimizing CNC programs
  • Will design and implement machining processes, reduce cycle times, scrap, rework and downtime
  • Will lead initiatives for automation and lean manufacturing practices
  • Will drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
  • Will mentor and guide CNC personnel
  • Will prepare and maintain processes documentation, SOP’s and setup sheets

    • Key Requirements

  • CNC lathe and mill experience
  • Short run experience is required
  • Ability to edit a program is a huge plus!
