Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Critical Care Surgeon, you will :

  • Provide specialized surgical care to critically ill patients, primarily Veterans.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care.
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development.

    To be successful in this role, you should have :

  • A Doctor of Medicine degree or equivalent in medicine or osteopathic medicine.
  • A full and unrestricted medical license from any U.S. state or territory.
  • U.S. Citizenship (non-citizens may only be appointed when qualified citizens are unavailable).
