Coordinator Of Student Engagement

The Coordinator Of Student Engagement supports the mission of Midland University by fostering student involvement, leadership, and a sense of belonging on campus. This position coordinates student programming and organizations, assists with large-scale campus events, and works collaboratively with students, staff, and campus partners to enhance engagement opportunities that contribute to retention and community development. This position reports to the Assistant Dean Of Student Life.

Key responsibilities include :

• Plan, implement, and evaluate a variety of campus-wide programs, including social, cultural, educational, and wellness initiatives.
• Support and advise student organizations in planning and executing events that align with university policies and values.
• Provide support to Residence Life programming and the functions of the Student Life Office.
• Assist in coordinating large-scale campus traditions such as Warrior Welcome Days, Homecoming, and Finals Week activities.
• Collaborate with Residence Life, Athletics, and other departments to promote holistic engagement opportunities.
