In this key front-of-house role, you’ll be the face of the studio—greeting members, managing sales, and supporting the overall studio experience._

Key Responsibilities :

• Be the first point of contact—welcoming members and guests with a friendly, positive attitude
• Guide prospects through studio tours and membership options
• Drive studio growth by achieving sales goals in memberships, renewals, and retail products
• Maintain accurate records using Orangetheory’s established sales systems
• Handle inbound calls, follow-ups, and customer care outreach
• Support daily studio operations and ensure an exceptional member experience
• Collaborate with coaches and fellow team members to foster a high-energy, team-first environment
