Senior Dynamics CRM Developer
Location : Raritan, NJ (hybrid on-site as needed)
Long-term contract with potential for extension
Client : Fortune 50 healthcare leader
About the Role
We are supporting a Fortune 50 healthcare organization on a major transformation initiative as they migrate from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. This is a large-scale program with multiple teams engaged, and were seeking a hands-on Senior Dynamics CRM Developer to contribute to the buildout and enablement of the platform.
Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and configure solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Service, and Case Management modules).
- Build and maintain automations and scripting using PowerShell and UI automation tools.
- Support enablement of the Power Platform within CRM (Power Automate is a nice to have , not a core focus).
- Collaborate with senior architects, consultants, and business stakeholders to ensure platform alignment with business needs.
- Participate in go-live support, configuration updates, and platform enhancements.
- Provide technical expertise to help teams build and work effectively within Dynamics.
Qualifications
36+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development .Strong knowledge of customizations, configurations, and CRM concepts .Proficiency with PowerShell scripting and experience creating automations.Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) preferred but not required.Awareness of CRM processes such as sales, customer service, and case management .Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.What We Offer
