Maintenance Director

Lacon Rehab & Nursing is seeking a Mainte nance Director to fill a full-time position in our skilled nursing facility. You will be responsible for provid ing residents and guests of the facility a safe and intact environment.

A s a Maintenance Director , you will be responsible for setting the overall goals, strategies, and objectives for individual team members . Some of your job duties will include maintaining processes and procedures to accomplish company objectives , as well as verify that all health and safety regulations are followed. Y ou will assure a preventive maintenance system is in place as well as procedures to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly .

The Maintenance Director will confirm compliance with State and Federal Regulatory codes and abide by the standards identified in the Corporate Ethics and the Corporate Compliance Plan .

Don't forget...

• 1+ years' experience in a supervisory capacity
• Building maintenance repair skills is required.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• The Maintenance Director will possess an enthus iastic attitude while contributing to the positive environment of our residents.
