Seasonal Part-Time Tax Preparer

We provide a wide variety of services for our clients that include tax planning and preparation, estate planning, accounting and auditing and general business advisory services. The many large and small family-owned businesses that we serve include the agriculture, food processing, cooperative, real estate, transportation, manufacturing, warehousing and medical industries.

We are actively recruiting an experienced tax preparer to help us continue to grow and provide the excellent client service that we are known for. The growth of our firm has provided unlimited opportunity for advancement for our qualified personnel and the ability to offer broader services to our clients. This position is a seasonal, on-site opportunity lasting from January through April 15, 2026, with the potential for future seasonal renewals.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Prepare individual and business income tax returns (Forms 1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065, etc.)
• Review client documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with clients to request required information and provide general guidance.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Maintain client confidentiality and uphold professional standards.
• Perform all work in compliance with the Firm's policies and procedures.
• Perform tax-related technical research assigned by supervisors.
• Takes responsibility for service quality, thoroughness and accuracy.
