Account Manager

Our client is a fast-growing, tech-enabled growth marketing firm specializing in ecommerce and beauty brands. They combine creative content, paid, owned, and earned media, and data-driven insights to help brands scale. Their culture emphasizes collaboration, innovation, performance, and career growth.

As an Account Manager, you will act as the main point of contact for assigned ecommerce or beauty accounts, working closely with internal cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing strategies. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer with cross-channel experience who is passionate about driving results, building client relationships, and contributing to business growth.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Client-centric communication : Manage day-to-day client interactions including strategic updates, workflow approvals, and proactive communication to keep clients and internal teams informed.
  • Project Management : Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and meet business objectives; identify and overcome roadblocks to maintain forward momentum.
  • Marketing Strategy : Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that leverage paid, owned, and earned channels, aligning with client priorities and objectives.
  • Data-driven Insights : Analyze campaign performance using first-party data tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify, Salesforce) to identify opportunities and inform actionable recommendations.
  • Rapport Building : Establish strong client relationships, act as a trusted partner, and build collaborative internal account team relationships.
  • Client Portfolio & Retention : Manage a diverse set of accounts, support contract renewals, and work with leadership to identify service expansion opportunities.
  • Innovation & Optimization : Employ AI and other technologies to enhance processes and optimize campaign results; leverage internal platforms like Nova to improve efficiency.
  • Other Tasks : Support additional projects as assigned by Client Services leadership.
