Position Overview

The Tax Manager will oversee the tax compliance and planning processes for the organization. This role involves developing tax strategies, ensuring adherence to tax laws, and managing tax audits. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in federal, state, and international tax regulations, as well as experience in tax research and accounting. We are seeking a growth-minded tax professional that enjoys being client-facing to drive relationships and is able to communicate complex tax scenarios with a wide of clients.

This is a full-time, remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and filing of federal, state, and international tax returns.
• Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the organization's tax position.
• Conduct tax research to stay updated on changing regulations and ensure compliance.
• Assist in tax audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
• Manage transfer pricing documentation and compliance.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams for accurate financial reporting related to taxes.
• Provide guidance on tax implications of business decisions and transactions.
• Review and manage tax accounting practices and ensure accuracy in reporting.
