What You'll Do : Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols at the location. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and around the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify irregularities. Monitor entrances, exits, and access points to assist in maintaining a secure environment within the financial institution setting. Document security-related activities, incidents, and observations according to Allied Universal and site-specific requirements. Communicate professionally with clients, staff, and emergency responders as needed during routine operations and / or emergency situations. Minimum Requirements : Applicants must have a minimum of three years combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree. Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or equivalent. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
