We use Overjet AI to make X-ray analysis smarter and more precise, and we manage our clinical flow in OpenDental. Our hygiene days follow a hybrid schedule — single-column, with assisted double-booked blocks when needed. You’ll always have help so you can focus on quality care.

Pay & Benefits (WA Pay-Transparency Compliant)

Full-Time Pay : $72 – $82 / hr DOE

Part-Time / Per-Diem : $75 – $86 / hr DOE

Hybrid Pay Model : Hourly base + differential for assisted / double hygiene hours

Full-Time Benefits :

Schedule

Full-Time (Current) : Monday – Friday (5 days per week)

Starting early 2026 : Transition to Tuesday – Friday (4 days per week)

Part-Time : 1 – 3 days per week — flexible options

No weekends
