This practice welcomes seasoned Optometrists and new graduates who can explore mentorship opportunities within their practice, which emphasizes surgical co-management and ocular disease. Job Description

  • Conduct comprehensive eye exams to assess vision and eye health.
  • Provide contact lens exams and fittings tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Offer LASIK consultations and evaluate patients for surgical eligibility.
  • Screen for ocular diseases, including cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure exceptional patient care and a positive work environment.

    • Compensation and Benefits :

  • Base salary of $125,000 to $155,000 depending on experience
  • Performance-based bonus structure tied to collections
  • Signing Bonus : A $10,000 signing bonus is available (tied to a 1-year commitment).
  • Optional 3% optical sales bonus for revenue generated by the OD
  • Benefits Package : Valued at approximately $15,600, including health insurance with HSA, paid vacation and CME, retirement plan with employer contributions, and full coverage for malpractice, licensure fees, and AOA dues.

    • Work Schedule :

  • Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM
  • Minimal shared call coverage and occasional weekend call
  • Enjoy a work-life balance with no weekend hours and flexible scheduling
  • Full-time (4-5 days / week) preferred, but part-time options are available

    Requirements :

  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school
  • Valid state optometry license or in the process of obtaining
  • Willingness to practice full-scope optometry
