Senior Project Manager Workforce Management
Sodexo is seeking a Senior Project Manager Workforce Management to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives that enhance productivity, engagement, and operational efficiency across North America. This role will manage all phases of the project lifecycleincluding scope definition, design, scheduling, resource coordination, testing, deployment, and adoptionto ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. Holding a corporate role places you at the core of all Sodexo's operations. This is a remote role with the successful candidate residing anywhere in the United States. Occasional travel will be required based on business needs.
