Duties :

Responsible for the delivery of participant care, clinical outcomes and oversight of the Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) program

Responsible for the development and maintenance of medical policies and procedures / standards and protocols

Provides direction and supervision

Other Info : Under the supervision of Executive Director

Requirements : Active AL License

BC / BE

DEA & CDS

BLS

Clean Record

1 year Geriatric experience

Previous supervisory experience

Salary Range ($231,000 - $280,000) + Up to 10% bonus potential
