We're looking for a Roofing Estimator to join a high-performing team that specializes in large-scale commercial roofing projects-including re-roofing, new construction, and preventative maintenance.

This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is ready to take ownership of the estimating process from bid to build.

What You'll Do :

• Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for commercial roofing projects across various sectors
• Analyze architectural drawings, specifications, and site conditions to develop comprehensive bids
• Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and clients to align scope and budget
• Maintain historical cost data, vendor relationships, and estimating tools
• Participate in bid strategy, proposal development, and client presentations
