About the Role - An SEC registered, multifamily office seeks an assistant to join our team in Charleston, South Carolina. The assistant will provide professional administrative support to executive leadership and ensure efficient operation of the office. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.
Responsibilities include :
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, directing phone calls etc.
- Organize appointments and keep calendar / schedule
- Maintain contact lists
- Provide general support to visitors
- Handle multiple projects
- Book and assist with extensive travel arrangements
