Sr. Specialist, Operations Project Manager

The Aerojet Rocketdyne Segment of L3Harris is currently seeking an experienced Sr. Specialist, Operations Project Manager. The Operations Project Manager will be responsible for managing improvement projects across multiple Aerojet Rocketdyne sites. Performance to cost and schedule targets through collaboration across multiple functions is key in support of the business goals and objectives. This role will be integral to the execution of manufacturing strategies and identification of continuous improvements.

Essential Functions :

• Oversight of capacity improvement projects across functions and sites.
• Ability to create and execute to project schedules and budgets.
• Report to senior leadership on business performance including action plans to improve business execution and status of strategic initiatives.
• Identify needed capital investment to support business need (including quality process capacity, capabilities, & technologies)
• Support the manufacturing strategy across the segment.
• Requires up to 10% business travel within the continental U.S.
• Ability to obtain a US Secret Security Clearance.
