Pay : Starting at $15.61 / hr, plus a $750 new hire bonus and over $2,200 in potential bonuses!

Essential Duties :

  • Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, web chat, and written communication.
  • Assist callers with inquiries using pre-scripted responses while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Utilize technology for logging calls and following up on customer inquiries.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client policies and provide accurate information to customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service trends and processes.
  • Minimum Requirements :

  • High School diploma or equivalent, with at least 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
  • Able to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must be able to work on-site and meet attendance requirements.
  • Overtime and holiday work may be required.
