Maintenance technician

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to support equipment reliability, troubleshoot issues, and assist in maintaining safe, efficient production operations.

Key Responsibilities

Start up and shut down equipment per company and Cal-OSHA safety guidelines.

Perform preventative maintenance and maintain accurate records.

Troubleshoot equipment failures and replace defective parts.

Assist with equipment installation and calibration.

Support operators and technicians in achieving production goals.

Provide operator training on proper equipment use.

Help maintain spare parts inventory and support efficiency improvements.

Skills & Qualifications

Electrical experience (24V–480V AC / DC, motor controls, wiring diagrams).

Knowledge of electro-mechanical systems.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to diagnose and resolve basic mechanical issues.

Minimum Requirements

2+ years industrial machine operator experience.

Food processing experience preferred.

Mechanically inclined; skilled with hand and power tools.

Bilingual is a plus.

Industrial maintenance training a plus.

Must be able to work 1st shift
