Role Description

• Work directly with the clinic to gather, analyze, and document EMR workflows
• Co-ordinate integrations with external systems and third-party laboratories and others
• Provide detailed specifications and explanations to developers, translating clinical needs
• Execute and oversee all data migration activities when transitioning clients to the new EMR system
• Travel to client locations to perform on-site EMR implementation and staff training
• Provide immediate and ongoing customer support and technical assistance after the EMR implementation
• Act as a continuous client resource, addressing questions and gathering feedback
