Visual Merchandising Manager

Lane Boots is looking for a Visual Merchandising Manager to join our team at the Galleria Dallas! This is a full-time management role focused on bringing our brand to life through creative, trend-forward visual merchandising.

We’re searching for someone who’s passionate about storytelling through design, thrives in fast-paced retail environments, and knows how to translate brand identity into beautiful, shoppable displays.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute floor sets for new collections, holidays, and seasonal transitions
• Create visually inspiring product presentations that reflect current fashion trends and drive sales
• Maintain merchandising standards across all departments to ensure a cohesive brand experience
• Collaborate with leadership on promotions, events, and sales initiatives
• Monitor store visuals daily to ensure displays are fresh, aligned with inventory levels, and updated for new arrivals
• Train and inspire associates on the “why” behind our visual story
